Aconite provides a cost-effective Smart Pre-authorised solution that enables banks and retailers to issue smart card based pre-authorised cards. Our Smart Pre-authorised solution is designed to manage multiple applications from different organisations, enabling you to leverage your investment by making many other services available through the prepaid card such as a loyalty application.

Aconite’s Affina Enterprise facilitates personalisation of smart cards with pre-authorised applications and subsequent updating of applications. Affina Enterprise can:

• import card/token data from other systems;
• undertake data preparation for chip and application personalisation;
• manage the complete life-cycle of the card/token, keeping track of the personalisation data, the versions and parameters of applications and chip details etc.;
• manage multiple applications on a chip, which can be from different organisations; and
• facilitate post-issuance updates to or deletion of existing applications or the download of new applications.

Our PrePaid Value Manager provides the ability to manage prepaid (stored-value) and pre-authorised accounts for prepaid/pre-authorised applications on smart cards.
