Aconite recommends that issuers and acquirers define their migration strategy before initiating their change programme. We have considerable experience in the decisions which need to be made and can make regional recommendations. Services available cover:

Business Case
Aconite has extensive experience of assisting issuers and acquirers with the building of their business case.
Programme Management
Aconite has developed a comprehensive process to assist issuers and acquirers in their EMV migration programme. We can advise a customer on how to initiate their programme, as well as provide ongoing support to their Programme Manager.
We have recently launched a 4-day EMV introductory seminar which give card issuers and acquirers an overview of the business and technical concepts, features and functions of EMV, and determines through an interactive workshop the impact of migration on the customer’s technical infrastructure and business processes, and the most appropriate approach to migration.
